Whitney, her boys and I took off for Bozeman again this weekend. We had two beautiful days of sunshine and warm weather to drive over to see Ty, Jamie and Kaytriel since Joe and Allen and a friend headed to Texas to drop off and pick up some more bucking stock for Allen. They were taking a whirlwind 5 day trip. They went clear down by Houston and home again, barley stopping to sleep a few nights. They had fun, but that’s not the type of trip for us girls so we bugged out for Montana….. Jate wasn’t able to be there this weekend because he was at a motocross race in Utah. Yep, his season is all the sudden in full force. Besides his life at his busy suspension shop in Bozeman, he drives his PFR Box truck to the races and sets up suspensions for the pro-racers in the Series. He is one busy, busy, guy…….We didn’t get to see Allison either as she went home to Ashton for the weekend to see her family too. Ty broke his collarbone several weeks ago while snowboarding. It was so unfortunate and he now spends the days now trying to heal up quickly. I know how this is not a fun time for him, but he does get to be around Kaytriel and his beautiful wife for a little while. That is a bonus!!!!! We arrived in Belgrade where Ty and Jamie live around 1:00 on Sat. We hung out for awhile while we all played and stretched out with the kids, then off we went to the Montana Pottery to exchange my coffee mugs that the kids got me for Christmas to match some others that Allison gave Joe and I. The pottery there was so amazing that all of us girls just soaked up the moments, drooling on so many pieces…. the shop clerk didn’t seem to mind too much Ha! She even let me take some pictures of their cute little shop. The guys had their fill and went outside to play with Uncle Ty. I had to order my mugs to match, so I will get them in a few weeks! Yeah!!!! We then did the usual Walmart and Costco thing. Uncle Ty bought the boys a motorcross set to play with then we headed back to the house for lasagna, salad and a wonderful loaf of homemade garlic bread that a friend of Ty and Jamie’s made. It was a wonderful meal followed by a wonderful night of visiting until we could no longer stay awake. Then off to bed with us all. The kids have a beautiful big house with several rooms that we all fit so comfortably in. The downstairs is a great playroom where the boys all play darts, wrestle and play video games. We woke up Sunday morning, had some coffee cake and got ready to go to church at Journey, (this is Jate’s regular church but we had to go without him). What a beautiful Spirit there. We soaked up every little thing about the church and it’s people and especially worship music and then headed off to see the new construction for their new church that will be amazing! We understand Journey is the fastest growing Church in the Gallatin valley. With two services on Sunday with about 600+ people for each service and several services during the week. We can see why……If you are around Bozeman on Sunday you’ve got to go!!!! Then off to lunch we went and then had to say our good-byes to head home to see the guys who had arrived home several hours earlier. Joe shared his high-light moments with me last night when I got home, much of which included the good bar-b-ques and food they had, the laughs about several funny and strange people they saw and the amazing bucking stock properties and owners they got to visit with. Such a big, big world that they are barely scratching the surface of. But two excited guys nonetheless…… So, Just a fun weekend with some pictures to share……. oh, boy…. I am so excited for Spring! We have babies calves ready to be born almost any day now…..So glad it’s getting warmer!
