Luke and Shasta chose a beautiful late summer/early fall wedding date. The lovely wedding took place at 100 Acre Woods in North Fork, Idaho. The wedding was a small get-together of all of Luke and Shasta’s dearly loved friends and family. Shasta was a very organized Bride and she and Luke were a blast to work with. In fact the whole wedding party and their families were such fun, I really forgot that I was only there to shoot the wedding. I guess that’s why I like weddings so well, I just like to be part of the fam!!!!! I even got to watch a little 8 year old boy catch a fish out of the pond. I took pictures then I helped him get it off the hook and throw it back in. Cute kid….
The beautiful cake was made by Shasta’s oldest sister Dusty, she did a fabulous job on it for being her first wedding cake. I noticed that even a little guest wasp just invited himself to sit right on the cake and enjoy it. The cake topper was a hit with everyone. The hunter and his wife just about describes Shasta and Luke to a tee. In fact that was a big bonus of having the wedding in Idaho. I heard tales of the guys out hunting before the wedding. Ha!
Details at this wedding were everywhere I looked. I just love telling a wedding story with a little bit of all the scenery, it just makes for special memories for everyone to recall the day with all of the special touches.
